शैक्षणिक पात्रता –
प्रशिक्षणार्थी पायलट –
1. Must hold a Certificate of Competency as Master of foreign going ship issued by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Govt. of India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Govt. of India. (Mormugao Port Authority Recruitment)
2. One-year post qualification experience as Master/Chief Officer of Foreign going ship.
डॉक मास्टर –
1. Must hold a Certificate of Competency as Master of foreign going ship issued by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Govt. of India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Govt. of India. (Mormugao Port Authority Recruitment)
2. Three years experience as a Pilot after attaining proficiency in handling all types of ships with unrestricted tonnage.
