शैक्षणिक पात्रता –
पदवीधर अभियंता –
(i) Passed Final Year Degree in Engineering/Technology or Degree in General Streams (i.e. Bachelor of Science, commerce, Computer Application) and Diploma in Engineering Technology awarded by a recognized University/Board of Technical Education of a state. However, the selection will be made on the basis of merit of marks obtained in the Final Year Examination of Degree/Diploma.
(ii) should not have Training or Job Experience for a period of one year or more after attainment of the qualification. (Ordnance Factory Recruitment)
(iii) should not have completed more than 2 years after obtaining the Degree/Diploma.
पदवीधर प्रशिक्षणार्थी –

वेतनश्रेणी –
पदवीधर अभियंता – Rs. 9,000/- per month
पदवीधर प्रशिक्षणार्थी – Rs. 9,000/- per month
तंत्रज्ञ प्रशिक्षणार्थी – Rs. 8,000/- per month
