- For BE/B.Tech: Upper age limit is 28 years

Education Qualification:
Candidates should hold a degree in B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Engineering disciplines such as Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Communication, Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Science, or Information Technology.
Remuneration:
- 1st Year: Rs. 30,000/- per month
- 2nd Year: Rs. 35,000/- per month
- 3rd Year: Rs. 40,000/- per month
Roles and Responsibilities:
a) Manage daily calls and onsite support for IT infrastructure.
b) Coordinate with third-party vendors for issue resolution.
c) Track spare parts and replacements.
d) Assist with application or software installations within project parameters.
e) Monitor and conduct preventive maintenance on IT infrastructure.
f) Support site audits and hardware training.
g) Document security violations or attempts to tamper with hardware.
h) Engage with project nodal officers and customer central teams to maintain site issue logs.
i) Resolve issues and prepare/distribute reports to regional managers.
j) Provide support for the rollout or upgrade of operating system (OS) software.
k) Monitor WAN/MPLS connectivity and notify relevant service providers of any issues.
l) Oversee LAN network monitoring and follow up with vendors as needed.
