CAPF Recruitment 2024: Applications Open for 1526 Posts

The Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) has released a recruitment notification inviting applications for a total of 1526 vacant posts of Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) and Head Constable (HC) in various CAPF units. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of the Border Security Force (BSF) from June 9, 2024 to July 8, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

Selection Process

The selection process for the CAPF ASI and HC Recruitment 2024 will consist of the following stages:

1. Online Written Examination: The online written examination will be conducted for all eligible candidates. The exam will consist of two papers: Paper I will be on General Ability and Intelligence, and Paper II will be on General Studies, Essay, and Comprehension.
2. Physical Standards Test (PST): Candidates who qualify in the online written examination will be called for the Physical Standards Test (PST). The PST will consist of a race, long jump, high jump, shot put, and abdominal roll-ups.
3. Skill Test (for ASI Stenographer posts only): Candidates who qualify in the PST and are applying for ASI Stenographer posts will be required to undergo a Skill Test in stenography.
4. Medical Examination: Candidates who qualify in all the above stages will be called for a medical examination.
