Compensation Package:
Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000 (IDA) (E2) during the one-year training period. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Engineers/Officers in the same scale with a probationary period of one year. The approximate total annual emoluments for new joiners shall be around Rs. 15 lakh.
