World Bank Recruitment 2024: The World Bank’s Information Technology Solutions – Treasury (ITSTR) is searching for an experienced IT Analyst to support their Client Management Platform (CMP) and RAMP Business Analytics Tool (RBAT) applications.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document requirements, designs, and solutions clearly.
• Develop effective solutions and ensure minimal side effects.
• Implement solutions using strong coding practices.
• Create and document test plans and results.
• Test your own changes and others’ thoroughly.
• Conduct code reviews for fellow developers.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders (business analysts, developers, team leads, users).
• Respond promptly to user requests.
• Prioritize and plan application changes.
• Follow change management processes for audit compliance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to support applications and resolve issues.
• Work with the information security team to address application vulnerabilities.
• Identify and showcase valuable new features in upcoming Microsoft Dynamics 365 releases to CMP users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and development skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to grasp applications quickly and implement changes.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and integrate them into existing or new solutions.
• Excellent organization and ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Prompt response to requests.

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365

• Oracle Apex
• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming
• SAP Business Objects (or similar reporting tools)
• Unix and Windows shell scripting
• .Net programming
• Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Azure DevOps (or similar change management applications)

Additional Desirable Skills:

• Basic accounting and P&L applications knowledge
• Integration skills for other Microsoft applications (Project, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI, Planner, Outlook, Forms)
